Our designs range from close fitting cuts that hug the body, to more generous, oversized shapes that allow you to size up or down depending on how you would like an item to fit.

To find your best fit, we recommend comparing the specific product measurements to a garment that you already own, and like the fit of. You can find these on the product page, under the 'Size & Fit' tab. 

We also feature additional fit notes in the 'sizing' tab for each product, which will determine whether the style has a close, standard, relaxed or oversized fit.

How do I find the right size?

Submitting a return for an order is easy! Simply submit a return request through our return portal within 21 days of your order dispatch date.

Please ensure you are in the correct region by checking the region/currency symbol. If you are in the incorrect region, our portal will not be able to locate your order.

How do I return an item?

As a member of Kowtow Collective, you will earn points everytime you shop with us that can be redeemed for reward vouchers! Follow the steps below to redeem a reward towards your next purchase:

1. Login to your loyalty account and follow the link 'click here to earn and redeem your points.’ 

2. Click the 'Get Rewards' tab in your loyalty account and select the available voucher value.

3. Copy the discount code and paste this into the discount field at the checkout once you have selected your chosen items.

4. Complete your purchase!
